Group Orders

The Dungeon Meshi Cookbook team understands that shipping is a barrier for many buyer and permits international (non-US) customers to conduct group orders. A group order (GO) is when one person (referred to as the group order manager or GOM) orders in bulk on behalf of a group of customers to cut down on shipping costs.

The group order manager is responsible for communicating and managing all customers associated with the group order.

Customers may join group orders at their own risk. The Dungeon Meshi Cookbook is only responsible for shipping the bulk order to the group order manager and cannot be held responsible for matters beyond that point. Make sure to choose a group order manager you trust!

Interested in Hosting a Group Order?

If you are a group order manager interested in hosting a group order, please email or DM us the following information!

• Any relevant social media accounts
• Any previous experience hosting group orders

We will review your request and confirm your ability to host.

Group orders go through TWO payment periods.

1. Following the close of your group order, please send us details of the items, quantities, and any other relevant information. Payment is due one week after the invoice is sent, and you may choose to pay through Paypal or Stripe.
2. After the production period, your group order will be packaged and shipping fees will be calculated by weight. Payment for shipping fees is due two weeks after the invoice is sent, and you may choose to pay through Paypal or Stripe.

Upon confirmation of your second payment, your order will be shipped.

Due to the bulk nature of group orders, returns and exchanges are not generally accepted. You MUST have a full and uncut unboxing video to be eligible to receive replacement items. Please inspect your order immediately and contact us within 5 days if there are any issues.
